At the same time, the AI enrichment engine sends a structured prompt to a language model, requesting meanings, pronunciations, and occasionally backstory fragments. When the AI response arrives — typically under two seconds — the cards update in place.

The result is a tool that feels instant even on a slow connection. If the AI layer fails or the user is offline, the static names remain fully usable — no error screen, no empty results, no frustration.
